| Task assignment 1. Directing, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the operations of Kon Tum College. 2. Acting as the main contact with the Ministry of Labor – War Invalids and Social Affairs, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Health, General Department of Vocational Education, Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Council, and Provicial People's Committees. 3. Directly being in charge of the followings: - Political and ideological education, Party building, internal political protection; - Personnel organization; - Planning, and developing the College; - Financial and accountings; - Infrastructure developing; - General responsibility for training activities; - Examination and quality management; - College inspection and supervision; - Application of information technology and digital transforming; - Anti-corruption and anti-waste work; - Acting as the spokesperson and providing information to the college's media; - Primary account holder. 4. Monitoring and directing divisions of the College: - Personnel Organization and Student Affairs Division; - Financial- Accounting Division; - Training Management Division; - Testing and Quality Management Division. |
