In the academic school year 2023-2024, Kon Tum College aims to achieve quality objectives in line with the direction of a high-quality college, with the following targets:
1. Achieving an enrollment rate of 80% or higher of the total assigned targets; vigorously promote, innovate, and diversify activities in the admissions process to reach a minimum training scale of 1000 students in the college system.
2. Updating and develop 100% of the training programs for existing majors and occupations in a competency-based approach to meet the standard output requirements.
3. Ensuring that 100% of the teaching staff apply information technology and innovate and improve teaching methods in a competency-based approach.
4. Applying digital transformation in 100% of the management and operational activities of the college.
5. Equipping 100% of students with knowledge of entrepreneurial innovation, soft skills, and career counseling; ensuring that 80% or more of the graduates find suitable employment within 6 months in their trained majors and occupations.
6. Engaging in at least 1 practical applied research or technology transfer collaboration with a business entity; establishing cooperation with at least 1 foreign institution or international organization to contribute to enhancing the quality of education.
7. Providing modern, advanced training facilities and equipment, and organizing workshop management and training equipment according to high-quality college standards.
8. Conducting self-assessment of the college's quality and vocational education programs according to quality assurance standards; establishing and operating a quality assurance system in accordance with regulations to ensure high-quality college standards.
